Tuition

According to our mission and strategic plan, the projected tuition per student for maintaining the school at its optimal standards is approximately $18,900 per academic year. Nevertheless, we are open to offering tuition discounts and scholarships depending on the availability of funds and donations received throughout the year. Payment of tuition can be made in full at the time of admission, or alternatively, it can be divided into two terms with nominal transaction and interest charges.


2024-2025 Tuition for Grades 4-8

For the 2024-2025 school year, the tuition plan for Grades 4-8 at WVA is as follows:

  • WVA offers a 20% tuition reduction for students who enroll by January 2024, resulting in a final tuition of $15,120 after the reduction.
  • For students who enroll by May 15, 2024, WVA offers a 10% tuition reduction, bringing the final tuition to $17,010.
  • After May 15, 2024, the standard tuition of $18,900 will apply.

The school operates from Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Additionally, for Grades 4-8 students, WVA provides free afterschool supervision from 3 pm to 5 pm. Furthermore, WVA offers merit-based scholarships to outstanding students who excel in national, state, or chapter academic competitions.


2024-2025 Tuition for Lower Grades PreK-3rd

For WVA's lower grades, PreK-3, school hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with student admission starting at 8:30am, Monday through Friday. And also, extended after-school care is available from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at an affordable rate.

  • New student application fee: $50 (due upon application)
  • Tuition for the school year (September to June): $15120. You can refer to the 2024-2025 school year calendar here: 2024-2025 school calendar
  • Extended after-school care for school days:
    • $300/month with quarterly commitment
    • $2,850/year for yearly commitment

Moreover, WVA offers summer camps through Sunshine Elite Education for 6 weeks from July 8th to August 15th in 2024. The camps are available on a weekly basis, with no full-term commitment required:

  • Half-day camps (8:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-5:00pm): $210/week
  • Full-day camps (8:30am-5:00pm): $300/week

WVA Merit-based Scholarship

Encouraging Excellence in Education:

  • Gold Scholarship -- For students who get national individual awards during the current school year, 25% tuition off at WVA for the next school year.
  • Silver Scholarship -- For students who get state-level individual awards during the current school year, 20% tuition off at WVA for the next school year
  • Bronze Scholarship -- For students who get regional/school-level individual awards during the current school year, 15% tuition off at WVA for the next school year
